Delivery and Returns Policy
The following applies to purchases made on www.sekonda.com and not third party retailers.
Online Purchases
Online purchases are limited to 5 items per order.
Payment
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.
Delivery

Standard delivery uses Royal Mail 48 hour tracked - we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days, and is free on orders over £20 to UK postcodes*.

 

Next day delivery uses Royal Mail 24 hour tracked and is £5.99. Order before 1pm Monday - Thursday to receive your order the next working day to UK postcodes*. This excludes bank holidays

*Certain postcodes are ineligible for Royal Mail's tracked 24 & tracked 48 service. Please check the Royal Mail website for all excluded postcodes.


If you have not received your order by the end of the delivery period stated, please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us as we cannot investigate your order before this timeframe.

Tracking
We offer tracking on all of our orders. When you receive an email from us to confirm your order has been dispatched, the tracking link will be included. 
Cancellations & Order Changes
Unfortunately, we cannot offer cancellations or make changes to your order once it has been placed. Please follow the returns process outlined below if you need to send your watch back to us.
Returns
All orders can be returned within 28 working days from delivery. Returns on orders from Mainland UK addresses are free, however any delivery costs are non refundable. This excludes Northern Ireland and non UK Mainland postcodes. Click here to find out more.

If you wish to return an order within this time period, the product must be unworn and in its supplied condition with all the original packaging provided.

Furthermore, if you have received any additional products with your purchase, i.e a USB magnetic charging cable for one of our smart watches, this too must be returned and in its original condition. Should you wish to return a gift set that includes earrings, you may only return these within the 28 working day period if the seal is unbroken on the earring package.

For customers taking advantage of our smart watch free strap offer, If for any reason the watch is returned, the strap must also be returned for a full refund. 

Please note any items returned damaged or not in the original condition will be refused a refund.

UK Returns Via Royal Mail 

Please visit our returns portal, then enter your order number and postcode to locate your order. Select each item you wish to return, select a quantity then choose a reason for return from the drop down menu. Press ‘submit request’ and then your label will be ready to print
.

Simply then print your returns label, stick it on your package and then drop your return off at your nearest Post office location. You will be updated on the status of your return via email or text.

Once we have received your return and refunded the money back to you, we will notify you via email. It will take up to 14 working days for you to receive your money back into your account.

If after this time you have not received your money back, please contact us.
Faulty Goods
If your item has developed a fault outside of the 28 day return window, please contact us and include the fault reason, item code and order number. A member of our team will then be in touch to discuss your options. 
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. In cases where you are returning a faulty watch to us and it is not feasible to repair this, we will offer you an exchange for a new watch that is the same model as the original. For more information on delivery and returns, please see our FAQ page.
